Service Rates

Rates are effective January 1, 2018;
Subject to change without notice;
Subject to applicable taxes.

Standard Rates*

Applies Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• $125.00 – First 30 minutes or fraction thereof
• $  75.00 – Each additional 30 minutes or fraction thereof

*Service during peak work load periods may require premium rates.

Premium Rates

Applies after normal working hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

• $188.00 – First 30 minutes or fraction thereof
• $113.00 – Each additional 30 minutes or fraction thereof

*Anytime two technicians are required, the total labor charge will be increased by 50%

Can't Get In (CGI) Charge

• $75.00 – There will be a $75.00 charge if SCG’s service person is unable to gain access to the premises to perform the customer requested service.
