Limit the Gap is a weatherization/insulation program designed for low-income households. It is available to SCG’s qualified hardship customers who reside in 1-4 family dwellings. The program helps gas customers reduce their dwelling’s energy use and improve comfort.

Program Details

• Offers qualified hardship customers the opportunity to have professional weatherization and insulation services provided at NO COST.
• Services are provided through the Community Action Agency of New
  Haven.
• Conservation measures include caulking, weather stripping, pipe wrap and insulation.
