Service Rate Schedule

Rates are effective January 16, 1996;
Subject to change without notice;
Subject to applicable taxes.

Standard Rate (per service person)

First 15 minutes	$50.00
Each additional 15 minutes or fraction thereof	$25.00
After normal working hours* and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays
First 15 minutes	$75.00
Each additional 15 minutes	$37.50
Anytime two (2) technicians are required labor charges will be increased by 50%. Can't Get In (CGI) Charge	$15.00
Returned Check Charge (per check)	$8.00

*Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
